Installation is straightforward: place the suction cups on a clean, smooth surface, adjust the support bars to suit your configuration, lock in the rods, and pump to create the vacuum seal. The mount is rated for 0-40 °C (32-104°F). 

Important: This mount is only compatible with the Insta360 Action Invisible Selfie Stick — do not use it with other selfie sticks
