Shipping Policy

Digital Zone Trading Qatar ("Digitalzone") offers free shipping on all orders over QAR 500. For orders under QAR 500, a shipping fee of QAR 20 will be applied.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and delivered within 4-5 business days.
• Expedited shipping: Orders are typically shipped within the same business day of the order being placed and delivered within 1-2 business days.

Backorders

If an item you order is on backorder, we will ship it to you as soon as it is available. We will notify you of the backorder status of your order and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Pre-orders

If you pre-order an item, we will ship it to you on the release date of the item. We will notify you of the release date of the item and provide you with a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Digitalzone offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. To return or exchange a product, you must contact Digitalzone customer service within 7 days of purchase and obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained a return authorization number, you may return the product to Digitalzone in its original packaging and condition.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that have been personalized or customized
• Items that are on sale or clearance
• Digital products, such as software, e-books, and music downloads

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Digitalzone customer service within 30 days of purchase and obtain a return authorization number.
2. Package the product in its original packaging and condition.
3. Include a copy of your return authorization number and packing slip in the package.
4. Ship the package to the following address:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds

Once Digitalzone has received and processed your return, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another product of equal value, please follow the return process above. Once Digitalzone has received and processed your return, you will be issued a credit for the original purchase price. You can then use this credit to purchase the new product.
