Shipping Policy
Digital Zone Qatar offers free shipping within Qatar for all orders exceeding QAR 500. Orders below QAR 500 incur a shipping fee of QAR 10. We offer two delivery options:
Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship and deliver within the same business day, excluding backordered items. You will be notified in advance regarding the estimated delivery time for backordered products.
Click and Collect: Orders placed online can be collected at our showroom located at Mid Mac Roundabout, Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar. Orders are usually ready for collection within 1-2 hours after online placement.
Backorders
In the event an item you order is on backorder; we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. You will receive notification of the backorder status and an estimated shipping date. Cash on Delivery and Click and Collect options are unavailable for backordered items. Additionally, backorder cancellations are not permitted once the order is processed.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items will ship on the official release date. We will notify you of the release date and provide shipping confirmation once the order is shipped. Cash on Delivery and Click and Collect options are unavailable for pre-orders. Pre-order cancellations are not permitted once the order is processed. To cancel a pre-order before the release date, please contact Digital Zone Qatar customer service.
Returns & Refund Policy
Digital Zone Qatar offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive an order that is physically damaged, has missing parts/accessories, is defective, or differs from the product description, you may return it for a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be sealed and in their original packaging for return/exchange processing.
- The original invoice must accompany the returned product.
- Customers must contact Digital Zone Qatar customer service within 7 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
- Items that have been used/opened or show signs of customer-inflicted damage.
- Products that differ from what was originally shipped to the customer.
- Products not returned in their original condition (including brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, manufacturer label with model and part number, and all original accessories).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Sale or clearance items and products marked "non-returnable" on the product detail page.
- Digital products such as software, digital gift cards, Digital Codes, e-books, and downloads.
- In cases of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding delivery or product quality, refunds or replacements will not be granted.
Smartphones & Tablets:
Returns for replacement within 15 days are only accepted if the box remains unopened with factory box seal intact, and the product is in brand new condition.
Return Process:
- Contact Digital Zone Qatar customer service within 15 days of purchase and schedule your return by referencing your order number/purchase date.
- Deliver the items to Digital Zone Qatar – Warranties & Returns Support desk.
- Provide your original invoice copy for return and refund processing.
Refunds:
Once Digital Zone receives and processes your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
To exchange a product for another of equal value, follow the return process above. After receiving and processing your return, Digital Zone will issue a credit for the original purchase price. This credit can then be applied towards a new product purchase. Replacements are subject to product availability (size, color, etc.).
