Payment & Return Policy
Payment
Digital Zone Trading Qatar ("Digitalzone") accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Direct Bank Transfer
All payments must be made in Qatari riyals (QAR).
Credit Card and Debit Card Payments
Digitalzone accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When placing an order, you will be required to enter your credit or debit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and security code.
Payment Processing
Once you have placed an order and confirmed your payment information, Digitalzone will process your payment. If your payment is approved, your order will be processed and shipped. If your payment is declined, you will be notified and you will have the opportunity to try a different payment method.
Security
Digitalzone takes your security seriously. All credit card and debit card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Digitalzone also uses PayPal, a trusted third-party payment processor.
Returns
Digitalzone offers a 7-day return and exchange policy complying to our return policy detailed here. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. To return or exchange a product, you must contact Digitalzone customer service within 7 days of purchase and obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained a return authorization number, you may return the product to Digitalzone in its original packaging and condition.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used/opened or show signs of customer-inflicted damage.
- Products that differ from what was originally shipped to the customer.
- Products not returned in their original condition (including brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, manufacturer label with model and part number, and all original accessories).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Sale or clearance items and products marked "non-returnable" on the product detail page.
- Digital products such as software, digital gift cards, Digital Codes, e-books, and downloads.
- In cases of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding delivery or product quality, refunds or replacements will not be granted.
Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Digitalzone customer service within 7 days of purchase and obtain a return authorization number.
- Package the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Include a copy of your return authorization number and packing slip in the package.
- Ship the package to the following address:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once Digitalzone has received and processed your return, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for another product of equal value, please follow the return process above. Once Digitalzone has received and processed your return, you will be issued a credit for the original purchase price. You can then use this credit to purchase the new product.
