These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the digitalzone.qa website (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services from Digital Zone Trading Qatar ("Digital Zone Qatar"). By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing products or services from Digital Zone Qatar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Digital Zone Qatar reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or your purchase of products or services from Digital Zone Qatar after any changes to these Terms have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site or to purchase products or services from Digital Zone Qatar, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site or purchase products or services from Digital Zone Qatar only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Prices

All prices on the Site are in Qatari riyals (QAR). Digital Zone Qatar reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

Digital Zone Qatar accepts the following payment methods:

7. Shipping

Digital Zone Qatar offers free shipping on all orders over QAR 500. For orders under QAR 500, a shipping fee of QAR 10 will be applied.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Digital Zone Qatar offers a 15-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.

The product should be sealed and in its original condition to process the return/exchange. Invoice should be accompanied with the product to process any return/exchange. To return or exchange a product, you must contact Digital Zone Qatar customer service within 7 days of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Digital Zone Qatar or its licensors and is protected by Qatari and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or publish any content from the Site without the express written permission of Digital Zone Qatar.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital Zone Qatar provides the Site and its products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digital Zone Qatar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on the product warranty card or as provided by the manufacturer. Digital Zone Qatar does not warrant that the Site or its products and services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Digital Zone Qatar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your purchase or use of Digital Zone Qatar's products and services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site and your purchase or use of Digital Zone Qatar's products and services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
