These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Digitalzone.qa website (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services from Digital Zone Trading Qatar ("Digitalzone"). By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing products or services from Digitalzone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Digitalzone reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or your purchase of products or services from Digitalzone after any changes to these Terms have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

To use the Site or to purchase products or services from Digitalzone, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 5. Prices

All prices on the Site are in Qatari riyals (QAR). Digitalzone reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

7. Shipping

Digitalzone offers free shipping on all orders over QAR 500. For orders under QAR 200, a shipping fee of QAR 20 will be applied.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Digitalzone offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. To return or exchange a product, you must contact Digitalzone customer service within 7 days of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Digitalzone or its licensors and is protected by Qatari and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digitalzone provides the Site and its products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digitalzone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Digitalzone does not warrant that the Site or its products and services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Digitalzone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your purchase or use of Digitalzone's products and services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site and your purchase or use of Digitalzone's products and services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
