4.5kg Payload for Professional Camera Setups

The RS 4 Pro uses carbon-fiber axis arms and supports a tested payload of 4.5kg / 10lbs. The motors provide a 20% increase in motor torque, giving the gimbal greater power headroom when working with larger camera and lens combinations.

Second-Generation Native Vertical Shooting

Switching between horizontal and vertical filming is made easier with DJI's second-generation native vertical shooting system. The horizontal plate can be released and secured into the vertical position without requiring additional accessories, making the gimbal well suited for both traditional cinematic footage and vertical content for social media.

Advanced 3-Axis Stabilization

The RS 4 Pro provides independent pan, tilt and roll-axis stabilization with 360° continuous pan rotation. Its maximum controlled rotation speed reaches 360°/s across all three axes, allowing the gimbal to respond quickly to camera movements and dynamic shooting situations.

Focus Pro Motor for Precise Lens Control

Ronin Image Transmitter

The transmitter can connect with compatible mobile devices through Wi-Fi and work with the DJI Ronin app, while its integration with the RS 4 Pro enables a more connected camera-control workflow.

The RS 4 Pro ecosystem supports DJI Focus Pro LiDAR, which provides 76,800 ranging points within 20 metres and enables advanced autofocus capabilities. When paired with compatible Focus Pro components, creators can also use ActiveTrack Pro to maintain focus on moving subjects.

Up to 13 Hours of Battery Life

The supplied BG30 battery grip provides up to 13 hours of runtime when the gimbal is balanced, stationary and powering only the gimbal. For extended productions, the optional DJI RS BG70 High-Capacity Battery Grip can extend runtime to up to 29 hours.
